Title says it all really, been with my DSP since October. Since peak I have just been so fed up with their bs.
Rescues only get given to certain drivers, parcel count has INCREASED since peak. The same people seem to get the sh*t routes over and over again, while others get the easy ones, allowing them to finish at like 5pm.
I don’t mind the job itself, I’m just completely fed up of the bs, and it really ruins my motivation.
