I have done 8000 packages this year and I normally do 2 routes a day… one at 3:30am and then one later in the day… I always return any packages on the next route I get…
So let’s say I just did one route at 3:30am… I would return them by 10am the next day… I scan my new route and load up my car and put any returns back in the cart and push it back…
I always check my first stop and it looks pretty normal, the first stop is next to the second one and it all goes in order… but once the Amazon worker scans my returns that’s when the app decides to flip all the stops so my first stop turns into #21 and pretty much every stop is different and I have just do the route by clicking on each stop cause of the out of orderness of it all…
It literally put stop #10 next to #45…
I have called and emailed support tons of times and talked to many amazon workers there… and nothing gets fixed with it…
Sadly I will keep on going lol but Jesus christ why…
