Anyone Ever Have Escalations (Jeff@amazon) Deny An Adjustment?

Everytime something was out of my control and support would be useless, I’d email jeff@amazon and get my issues resolved quickly. This is my first time that they deny my request for compensation even though I went nearly an hour overboard. I know I know, never work overtime but I made an exception this time since 1) there was a package that was canceled by a customer so going back to the station was already a guarantee 2) the station was pretty close so I figured spending an extra half an hour leaving the rest of the pacakages was worth it since it was a 15 minute drive to the station and it was a surge rate. Reason I went overboard and had a bunch of late packages was because more than half of the packages were downtown Dallas, at 5 AM, no access codes etc.

I would always time my shift and return to the station so that my shift ended right on the time it was specified to avoid any of these problems but I guess Amazon has been cracking down on it since last time they dinged me and sent me a warning to try to deliver all pacakages regardless. Can’t do much about it now though they apparently cleared my dings for having late packages. Just wanted to see if anyone else has gotten rejected. I sent them a novel of an email detailing every small thing with proof and everything and still got rejected.
