I see tons of long drawn out emails trying to get compensation posted here, followed by denials and not knowing why. Half the time it’s these long emails that are being sent. The bots can’t pick out the right thing when you’re sending paragraph after paragraph explaining how there was no parking/no gate codes etc…..they don’t need to know all of that! This is literally what I’ve sent every time for over 5 years, and have only been denied a handful of times!

Maybe some long-time drivers can back me up on this. They don’t need your whole life story, just a few sentences saying you went over. That’s it. I hope this helps even one person that is unsure of what to say in an email.
