I start my 3 day training tomorrow. Last week I met with the owner of the dsp and we met and talked about the job, and after meeting with him I went to get my drug test. The next day he has me go on a ride along but says I won’t get paid for it,Is that common? he also didn’t wait till my background/ drug test cleared. And he put me on the furthest route they had with 185 stops and the guy training me had me doing all the delivery’s and driving. He also didn’t take his 30 minute break or his 2 15s and said when we got back “I didn’t use my breaks today so I’ll clock out in a hour” but bruh was eating all day while I was doing his job and not getting paid. So is that normal?
