So my manager confirmed with me today that trends ruin the algorithm, I was originally told they didn’t and obviously 🙄 I finished my routes early, now Amazon has added 30 stops to my 160-70 stop route on a lake, I used to be a runner so originally it wasn’t to bad, but now I’m realizing as a runner 🏃‍♀️ and struggling the expectation to pull this off is insane, and they will continue to add stops regardless. I’ve gotten to used to going home at a decent time to stop….thinking of leaving
