Should I Come Back?

I left my dsp 5 months ago because of country routes, dangerous dogs, group stops and 150+ stops in the boonies but the people who rant the dsp were really nice. I work at sams club rn and absolute hate it because of micromanaging and ungrateful managers who never have anything nice to say and constantly throw us under the bus.I found a dsp near me that mainly has city routes and pays 3 dollars more than my current job. Is it worth it to go back? Or find something else?
