I have been working for my DSP for a total of 13 days. I have been written up for not finishing my routes. I have finished almost 1/2 without getting rescued the other half I needed help.it weird cause they will send someone even if I’m 2 stops ahead ?? I just don’t know how to avoid being rescued?

I average about 20 stops an hour. I organize by driver I’d # and most of the time will jog back and forth to the van. I usually get about 150 stops which breaks down to 18.2 stops an hour equal too 3 minutes a stop I see some people saying they are doing 60 stops an hour how is that even possible? I would love to be able to do that so any tips tricks will help thanks in advance.

I really like my job and want to continue working there I just don’t want to half to stress every day about getting rescued.
