Contusion And Adjusters

So anybody that saw my posts knows i was hit from behind and parked organizing my tote on my third day.

Saw a doctor after I couldn’t shake the pain the next day.

They say I have a contusion in my shoulder . Paperwork says I can go back today/tomorrow but med documents say this is a week to a 3 week injury.

Adjusters want to talk and figure it out but what does this look like ?

Lifting a bag of cat food from the grocery store hurt today. I don’t mind pushing it but it seems like there is no plan. Even my DSP is wanting better answers from the doctors.
