Tonight, after completing my 3rd block, I realized I had an extra package. It wasn’t in my itinerary. Not really sure what happened. I had 22 packages in my app and 22 stops. The last package that wasn’t accounted for had a 23 on it and circled.
I called support and explained the last address was only a few miles away and I could deliver it but they insisted I drive it back to the hub. I did, reluctantly. Just looking for input if that was the thing to do.
