If You Like Delivering But Hate Working For Amazon, There Are Other Options Other Than Fedex.

I quit a while back and recently started delivering for a parts company. I like driving and delivering makes my work days go faster.

I’m talking Napa, tool companies, medical deliverers, truck parts, and stuff like that. Local business delivering. Most cities have lots of these types of distributors. I see lots on indeed all the time.

In my case I got the same starting pay as Amazon, the people I work with are all friendly since it’s a tightly knit branch. There’s maybe 13 people that work there. No fake BS speeches about performance.

I had a total of 10 stops today, about 15-30 minutes apart. When I get back to the shop I’m allowed to start prepping my order for tomorrow, then it’s out the door at 5pm.

These jobs are more complicated, you’ll need to pass a drug test, pull your own orders but it’s easy to learn. There’s no fake ass DSP boss who only cares about getting a good rating from their overlord(Amazon ).

Edit: I say other than fed ex in the title because fed ex ground can be hit or miss, some good but mostly bad from what I’ve heard.
