So I’ve seen many posts talking about certain dsp’s paying their drivers the full 10 hours even if they don’t take the whole 10 hours to finish delivering. Which seems like an amazing thing for all dsps to do. Mine doesn’t do it, but I’ve seen that apparently amazon pays the dsp the full 10 hours for the drivers who are on the roster for the day. So for those dsps who aren’t offering to pay 10 hours, and only pay you for how many hours you worked that day, are they pocketing the rest of the money ? Because that’s seriously fucked up if that’s the case. I don’t mind staying out late to try to get as close to 10 hours as I can, but if I was able to come back earlier and still get paid those 10 hours, I’d be way more content with this job.

I should add that Although my dsp doesn’t pay the full 10 hours they do have OT. So every hour you work after passing 40 hours for the week, you get paid time and a half, so around 30$ an hour. Do any other dsps have that ?
