I’m beginning to suspect that support agents are just given a flow chart with no words, only pictograms, something like Egyptian hieroglyphs. With no way to know which way is up on the page.
Me: “The app told me to go back to the station to pick up more deliveries, but I am further away in drive time than is left in my block.”
Support: (looking at upside down man with crocodile head) “Go back to the station and they will give you another block if you want to”
Me: “Okay I will try that.”
Support: “💕🚗📦🙏”
Me: “what?”
