Hi! I am helping launch a brand-new DSP in the St. Louis area. Our launch day is January 31st and I am looking for ideas to help my manager make sure our team stays happy. I know it’s a hard job and we will have people leave because they can’t handle the physicality of the job, but I want to make sure we keep the ones who can handle it. From what I have read over the years (I have been flex for 6 years) the reason a lot of people quit is because their manager sucks or they don’t feel appreciated.
I would love your help to make sure that doesn’t happen!
What are some of the things your DSP does that makes you show up to work every day? What are the things that make you loyal to your manager? What are the things you appreciate?
I am talking about all types of incentives. Bonuses, hours, swag, snacks, etc.
Thank you so much in advance!
