so i had to deliver to a school at 8pm and obviously no one was there. i called 2x and it was the schools phone number and also messaged them. i contacted support and she just told me to leave it somewhere safe. i told her that the only option was by the door… there was a guy plowing the parking lot and stopped when i got outside and i was just a little sketched out and she kept having me click here click there do you see this do you see that button. anyway i left it there

so question: should i even contact support next time? should i just leave the packages there ? what do you guys do?
