Is There A Package Limit By Block Length?

The other day I signed up for a 2.5 hour block, assuming it would be easy. (Assuming was my first issue).

I pull up and of course my cart had the most packages. It ended up being around 38 packages or so. I was like okay lots of packages but this has to be close, so not bad.

Loaded the route and it was 36 minutes away ?. I ended up having to return around half the packages because they were on a gravel road covered in ice + snow, and I got stuck over 4 times in driveways, and then I was at the near the end of my time, so I called them and returned the packages. (I know I know don’t return packages but the last time being stuck was the final straw, and I wasn’t spending any more time being stuck).

I think even in good weather it would have been near impossible to deliver all of the packages in the allotted 2.5 hours, but I don’t know for sure.

So yeah just wondering if there’s a package limit, or did they really just screw me with this route.
