Has anyone else not been paid for a promotion they’ve completed? I’ve emailed support maybe 10 times and they continue to send an automated email back regarding “promotions are offered to specific drivers, blah blah” it’s like they don’t read my email. It’s a little frustrating at this point and idk what else to do because you can only email them.
Ps this promotion ended dec 17th so it’s been past 14 days of it being completed.
