I went to a block the other day and checked in on the app. While I was walking into the station to scan my ID, the app restarted and said I missed my block. I contacted driver support who said it would be reviewed. A few days later I got an email saying I wasn’t at fault and it wouldn’t count against me. But I wasn’t paid for the block. My problem w that is I couldn’t take a new block during that time even though I was at the station. So wasted an hour driving there and back for nothing. Anyone had any luck getting money from this type of situation?
