It was my first time doing amazon.com orders, I get to the station and get my cart.. it’s about 45 packages.. I scan one by one.. at the end there’s one not scanned in..I remove it from my route but it makes me get an associate, I tell an associate, “I just scanned them all in and it says one is missing. I’m not sure maybe I missed it” She goes oh you can just scan the tote and it’ll get them all in. Then I get to my delivery and realize it’s missing, now I have a mark for it.. should I just forget about it or is there a way for me to fix this?
