Hey everyone!
I’m coming here asking for help regarding how to reactive an Amazon Flex account that was suspended (without a proper reason but anyways, things that are out of our control but they simply don’t care whoever is fault).
I worked as a driver for a few months and on February of 2022 they suspended my account and after appealing within the 3 months that they said I had, they didn’t care so I felt I was talking to a brick wall.
I saw around the web that after 1 year I could appeal again and they’ll take it in consideration. Well it seems that it doesn’t work, I send a letter well written and without saying it was my fault but arguing how I could do better now everything as the guidelines was saying.
I’m really frustrated with all this, I just want to work that’s all I’m asking.
Anyone that was able to reactivate an account or maybe just created a new one after one year that could tell me how?
I just need some light and advice about this.
