Sprinter Vans Seatbelt Sensors

I’ve noticed a large increase in seatbelt violations on ementor for the Mercedes vans. Nothing will come up on Netradyne to indicate drivers not wearing the seatbelt. The seatbelt is always clicked yet there can be up to 24 violations for one van at the end of the day. Just about all the sprinters in our fleet have had the seatbelt replaced & it will fix it for maybe a month & then hit super high again. Is this happening to any other fleet??? Open to suggestions or tips!!
