So Here’s A Terrible Story

I go in for for my first day of training, and I’m early. At the desk, 2 managers and one of the owners. Well guess who didn’t even try to give me a shot.

Manager had a bad attitude the whole time she was talking to me. I gave a quick read of the few things I was given.

As i was trying to explain a few differences I experienced at another location, she just kept trying to talk over me and interrupting.

I didn’t let that go on long at all, and I just stopped talking.

Now manager has an issue with that, and sent me home before the training was even to start. The whole time, of maybe 1 minute of me trying to talk, with all the interruption, and I didn’t have an attitude, no bad language. Nothing.

The manager just didn’t want to listen to me.
