Not sure if this is the case at every DSP, but our phones suck. Battery life sucks. They all have screen protectors that are scratched to hell, making it impossible to read the screen in the sun. And the new phones have some custom stripped down version of android. Can’t really access settings. Doesn’t have things like adaptive brightness. Also the phone really lags when trying to call the customer. Not sure if this is because of the phone, or the flex app itself.

Why don’t more people use their own phones? Aside from wear and tear and possibly dropping it, is there something else I’m missing? DSP phones are slowing me down and annoying me.
