My experience with this over the past few months has been some good but majority bad. Take away the netradyne and mentor it wouldn’t be so bad.
GOOD THINGS:
Majority of the packages are light which makes the day easier.
The app is very easy use.
Organization. The numbered and color coded bags make organizing easier. The oversize also has the numbers on them to make organizing easier( you can have 200 locations and walk slow and still get done early in a residential area of course).
BAD THINGS:
LOADOUT. My station only gets 13 minutes to load so you have to rush to load 400+ packages and the carts also would frequently not be ready while also dealing with app not working well with the budget was terrible and I just ended using my own phone just for loadout. Compared to Fedex where you can come in early and have plenty of time to organize your truck Amazon is ridiculous.
The routing is terrible so I just delivered street by street.
NETRADYNE. It became a distraction while driving. Instead of just driving smooth you can easily put to much focus on not getting points. Speedings are easy to get. Your speed is going to fluctuate above and below the posted speed limit while driving. If the netradyne had to be in every car by law in the future I’d give up on driving. My DSP is probably about to go under. Majority of us get speedings every now and then.
GROUP STOPS. What the heck Amazon?! 400 locations is not 190 stops! At Fedex if you went to an apartment 10 locations would be 10 stops. Apartments were easy on Fedex.
Anyways, that was just my experience with them. How is or was your experience? Have a good night or good day yall
