Overbooked And Still Not Paid

Last Thursday I had a 5am shift and I checked in, waited about 25 minutes and it assigned me a shift but when I went in to get the packages they told me that they unassigned it from someone else bc something was wrong with it so I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to unassign it from me and then they told me i probably won’t get a shift but i might so I waited 35 minutes and nothing so I went back up to them and the lady like force closed my shift/app? Idk what exactly she did but she said I’m good to go home and I’ll still get paid. I got an email from Amazon saying I missed that shift and that I might get penalized and when I replied with what happened they just said they’re “investigating it” and it’s a week later, I reached out again and same thing…”investigating it” any tips on what I should do? (Sorry that was a lot)
