My company is asking me to move up to a step van but I’m hesitant bc I dont want to commit to something I’m gonna regret.

Right now I have an assigned van with 8k miles on it and it’s great bc it’s new and everything works. I did a ride along in a step van once and there is no suspension in those things, no radio and the AC sucks ass.

Despite that everyone who drives one says they are way better and it was the best choice they ever made. I’d also get a $2 raise to move up but idk. I’ve never had too many packages that they wouldn’t fit in my sprinter and during peak the step van drivers got slammed with 550+ packages while the most I had was 460.
