Hello again with another scorecard term that makes no sense. Delivery completion rate sounds self explanatory but I got taken off route today cause my DCR was too low last week. I only marked and returned one package, and did nothing differently than when the score was much higher if not 100 in previous weeks. Can anyone explain what DCR fully entails and what could lead to a low score? Thanks
