Anyone ever receive this email? My account was deactivated even though they had already approved my selfie for the shift. Already sent an email to support and waiting for response but suggestions or info appreciated 🙂 What do they use to “review” selfies? Do they use the drivers license photo or the photo on the account? Because my account photo is like 5 years old and I never saw an option to change it. And my license is also old but going to renew it soon. Seems silly to not realize that people’s faces and weight can change over time.
