I’m owed $400 that never went into my checking account due to some error…
by not filling in some consent form (i was inactive for a few months).. I can’t login to my account. When emailing CS, they tell me the same canned responses and tried calling phone number. At this point, just want them to mail me a check.
Anyone have this same predicament? Do I have better luck emailing them or calling? They have to deactivate my account for me to update my checking account number (did nothing wrong didn’t get deactivated for wrong-doing).
