I’m a fellow flex driver and noticed my package was coming from Phoenix’s newest SSD facility and it went out at 5pm. I was a bit annoyed when my doorbell rang so late at night and I was already in bed, so I went on Amazon and noted that the driver didn’t follow my delivery instructions. It’s 9:15 and she’s still out delivering packages and now I feel so bad! I live in a strip of townhouses and I didn’t even realize that my instructions say to throw it over my locked back gate. I ordered a big set of nail polish and the box said what was inside it. This sweet girl must have noticed it was a box of nail polish and thought to deliver it to my front door 😩😩🫠🥲 I am so so sorry. I haven’t delivered from there yet but I heard the routes are awful and you never finish early! You were just trying your best 🥺
