For starters I’m just going to say I don’t have a problem turning off the van and taking the key with me to every stop that’s no issue with me I understand that other drivers don’t do that and that doesn’t bother me either cause Ik how it is especially when it’s hot ass July and you need that AC .

My complaint about the EOC is why is it being enforced when we don’t even get paid enough to deal with the hot summer sun beating on us like there should be exceptions to this ridiculous rule. Amazon expects us to follow all these rules and acts like they pay us like we are UPS drivers. Amazon already has a high turn over rate and this will just drive that rate beyond what it’s already at for enforcing this stupid rule

I’m already seeing some of the drivers I’ve known that have been with the company for some time now not going to even give into this rule and it would suck to see them go and be replaced by some new people who would do the exact same shit

Another rant is who tf at the Amazon headquarters thought it would be a good idea to have prime week in the middle of July. I swear that 1 week of prime is worse than 4 weeks of peak

TL;DR we don’t get paid enough to have rules enforced such as EOC so pay us more Amazon
