When I sign into the app and move to the about you page it will not let me progress because it will not accept my 4 digit postcode. It only wants a 5 digit code. I have tried adding a 0 in front and behind the number, still didn’t work. I called customer service and have emailed them, but I honestly don’t think they understand my issue. They said that flex must not be in my region. I live 30 minutes from two Amazon depots in Queensland. Even if there are no spots, wouldn’t it tell me further into the process?
