Hey, been Flexin’ for a while now but I’ve never have had a morning like today. At 5:30 am, I get an instant offer at my nearby WFS. It’s like the smallest order ever, (yeah, one bag) that’s 12 miles away. I’m like really, ok, I’ll take it and then swing back to the store to see what else turns up. I mean it’s super early so I decide to camp out, something I really don’t ever do at least not for very long. Within about 90 minutes I see at least 8 other drivers come and go back to back to pick up orders. One dude just pulled up and I hear him get an instant offer on the spot after I’ve been sitting there for an hour. I recognized a few regulars and figured they have reserved blocks as I normally do at this location. Then there was a first timer nubie who weezled in and out clumsily with 2 overloaded shopping carts. The final straw was another guy who pulls up to the Flex spot in a pickup. He waits 20 mins before getting out to pick up (another instant offer goes to someone who just showed up?). Super curious about how it’s supposed to work. If I’m at pick up location for an extended period shouldn’t the system put me in queue? Or have I worked too many hours this week so I’m doomed from getting any more work since it’s Sunday? Whatever it is, I can tell you experience, rating and rewards level don’t seem to matter one bit. Maybe I’m the only one out there who doesn’t use a bot!
