Can I Ask The Driver To Call Me When They Arrive At The Apartment Building?

Just moved to a new huge apartment building without buzzer, so a key is needed to get into the building. I guess that if I make an order I’ll just receive an email with “We tried to deliver, but failed – will try again tomorrow”.

I work from home so I will be able to go down and meet the driver, but I won’t know exactly when they arrive (except between 13:00-16:00 for example). Is is possible that I can ask them to give me a call, or what do you recommend here?
