I delivered down a rocky road (private road, country, lots of potholes, one lane so I couldn’t turn around, etc…)

Once I got home and was parked, I noticed my car severely leaking oil. Definitely wasn’t preexisting, it sounded like rocks were punishing the underside of my car & it appears that was the case.

I called support and started a claim process through ARC. Just filed it so I haven’t been in contact with anyone from that company. The Amazon supervisor said they’d be in contact after they reviewed the info and negotiate any repairs. Any thoughts on how this might play out? Any options I have outside of Amazon (and of course my personal coverage)?
