Did I Find The Lowest Base Pay?

I’ve delivered in a few areas since I travel a lot.
Little Rock, AR base pay is $22, and I usually take it as it’s hard to get blocks even at base there. Raleigh/Durham NC base is $18. No one really take those. Boston, MA base was also $22.

I’m spending some time in Fayetteville, NC (WNC6 station), and the base pay is $15.50. Yep, 3 hours pays $46.50, and 4 hours pays $62 had to log out and log back in just because I thought it was an error. Some have “surged” to $21/hour.

Has anyone seen a base of this low before? It’s laughable.
