I’ve done over 100 routes at this point and haven’t been rescued once. However I’ve rescued over 75 times. It’s literally everyday now and I’m getting so fucking sick of it. We both start with 180 stops yet after I take 30 from them I do 210 and they do 150. So I bust my ass all day and end up doing more work than the guys just taking their sweet ass time. It’s so backwards.

I’m venting on here bc I’m about to go off on the owner and it’s gonna get me fired. Like I want to tell him that if people aren’t finishing on time everyday either reduce the routes or fire them! It’s not my fucking responsibility to pick up the slack of others. I don’t get paid more so I shouldn’t be doing more work…

Anyone else feel this way? Or am I just selfish 🙄
