DAU7 In Austin, Tx (Round Rock)

What do people who do Flex in Austin think of this warehouse? My husband worked here as a full time Amazon driver for about a month and a half and quit because it was so horrible and unorganized (duh, I know, but the person who owned the exact shipping company he worked for promised it would be better than everything you normally hear about how they are treated and it wasn’t) and the only time I accepted a block from this location, I ended up giving all of the packages back and having them remove them because the system they were doing of going car to car made me start almost an hour after the shift was supposed to even though I had arrived 15 minutes early. Additionally, they gave me way more packages than any other station had at that point for a 3 hour block and I had done ones from DAU1, DAU2, Pflugerville, and Buda as well as the groceries and stuff so I knew about how many packages a 3 hour should be. I’m about to do a block there now and I wanted to know is it always like this? Now that peak season is over I’m hoping it will be organized and concise, start on time, and that they won’t try to give me more than can fit in my car/more than can be done in the set amount of time.

Additionally, when this happens at any warehouse what do you guys do? Do you just take it and say nothing or speak to whoever is in charge? Because they tried to tell me that this was a normal/average amount but I’ve been doing this gig for a few months now and try to get at least one or two blocks a day so I’m pretty familiar with the average amount that is given for time and distance, but maybe the .com warehouses are calculated differently? Thank you, just trying to understand other perspectives on the situation better.
