Switched dsp

Worked at my old for a month

60 day gap moved to a new state

I’m a little over a month into this new dsp

They send us back before our 10hrs is up 10:50-8:30

Sometimes we get that 20 minutes if we have a few more stops

I took 8 seatbelt hits all overrided because I was wearing my seatbelt

None of the Chargers in the van worked

I got swept before leaving the station from 180 stops to ~135

Rabbit died and none of the Chargers in the van worked. My personal phone died and so did my battery pack

I had to wait for dispatch to bring me a phone and got rescued about 10-15 stops taken off

I finished my route ~8:43

He said he could see how I did at my old dsp and now

I’m doing notably better at this new dsp. I couldn’t even get 130 stops in now I do 140 no problem which is clearly why they swept me from 180 to 140

I’m getting paid less than $500 some weeks and not taking my break to finish my route.

I didn’t speak up for myself about the chargers not working because I already had anxiety out my ass about asking to pick up a shift after getting sent home

I just walked away and I’ve been crying in the bathroom for 20 minutes

I’m getting sent home once a week from this job and can barely pay rent on a good week so I started donating plasma to make up for it
