Cancelled Block Payment Help

Okay… so around Christmas time I had like 70% of my blocks get cancelled. I never had an issue getting paid. It took a few days, but would always show up in my earnings.

I had a block on Christmas Eve (worth $200) get cancelled and they still haven’t paid me for it. I’ve been emailing them and submitting requests through the app. I keep getting automated emails. When I finally did get an actual person to reply she told me that the email was sent to me by mistake and my block wasn’t cancelled and I should have shown up to the delivery station.

I’m so confused. I keep sending emails and getting the same responses. Any advice on where to go from here? $200 is a lot of money to not be paid. Even if it was an accidental email sent to me, which I don’t believe it was since I never received a missed block email, the email was sent so I didn’t show up to the delivery station since I was instructed not to do so.

Any help would be appreciated!
