I’m new to flex. I’ve done about 7 routes and I’ve been on time. However this morning I arrived on time to my shift, and they matched me with a route 43 minutes away. It was a block that people kept dropping that I claimed. I was supposed to be done at 12:30 and I just finished it now with a couple of late packages along my route because it was in the city where there is no parking, closed off roads, and all apartment buildings. I reached out to support to get forgiveness and they said to wait 24-48 hours for an email. I’m worried, has this happened to anyone before and what happens ?I’m so pissed because it took me 45 minutes to drive here, then I had issues along the way because it’s the city. So I’m hoping for advice. My standing is great currently and I usually finish all my shifts early.
