So my husband gets stuck ONE TIME, has never been late to work,never missed worked,never been written up. But the route he had took him down a road where he got stuck in the lane he was driving in. And he gets a WEEK SUSPENSION? But other drivers can tell them they don’t want to work and nothing happens. They can get stuck in snowy driveways and no suspension for those people. They don’t have routes for the existing employees,but they keep hiring people,and only giving people 1-2 days of work a week. I think maybe a call to the labor board needs to happen. This is bullshit, and I know my husbands rights in the state he works in as an employee. I used to be a manager in the same state…..
