Why Do I Keep Getting Rescued If I Have A Good Pace (New Driver)

Every weekend, I get taken about 20 stops. At first I figured this was because I’m not fast but ironically I end up coming back with some packages because the time spent doing the rescue was wasted time getting to some business. I’ll be doing 20+ stops an hour and then my momentum is killed by a rescue.

So now I think they just want to give other drivers hours, but that cuts my time and I can’t really milk the clock because then I’d be doing 10 stops an hour. What gives? If it’s to get some orders out early, it’s a bit counterintuitive to slow my pace.
