We begin clock in at 9:15. My DSP uses a tablet to let everyone clock in. There’s probably ~15 of us working every morning. The tablet starts being passed around at 9:15. Those who get there earlier, like 9-9:10 am get to clock in first. By the time the tablet gets to me its 9:20 in the morning and I’ve been at work for 5 minutes not getting paid. This really adds up as it’s done intentionally every single day.

And if you want to clock in at 9:15 you have to get there earlier. Which is extra time spent at work that you will not be paid for, just so you can clock in on time.

I haven’t said anything because I don’t want any issues.
