Anything Keeping One DSP From Operating AMZL, XL, And AFP Routes?

I feel like it could be possible to create an internal growth structure within a DSP by running standard, XL, and freight routes, but does anybody know if that’s explicitly forbidden? Like UPS, but at a DSP level rather than Amazon level.

Imagine running standard routes for 9 months, upgrading to box trucks for XL, and eventually to class 8 trucks as an Amazon freight partner. Could add a little more incentive for drivers to stay, and as someone who likes my DSP now it would be cool to have a chance to grow without leaving the company.
