Hey Guys Does Your Dsp Do This?

The dispatcher let me know today that if we don’t start finishing our routes by the predicted time for our routes they’re going to start letting us go. At my dsp it’s myself and 4 others and we’ve all been there for 2 + years. Basically we clock in at 7:15 and are scheduled to be back by 5:15 but they’re saying be back and clocked out by 4. I’m usually doing 180 or more stops a day. Is this a thing or is out dsp owner and his gf the ceo just screwing us over?
