I’ve been a driver since October 2022 and a week ago I was in a CDV and I thought the ground was closer while I was stepping down with a heavy package but it wasn’t. So all my weight plus the heavy package went to my left knee and fell on it. I’ve been wearing a knee brace I got from target, it worked when I went back to work yesterday but even daily tasks I’m limping. What do you guys think?
