I got a report that a customer didn’t receive the package I asked support what’s the TBA I have proof of delivery they told me due to confidentiality reasons we’re not going to give you the TBA number, why would you send me an email asking for more information regarding this incident if you’re not going to give me any information telling me what incident it was it makes no sense at all and quite frankly I’m pissed that I’ve been wasting my time and my camera roll space taking these proof of delivery pictures
