Does Amazon makes ALL the rules for you guys? Without knowing exactly all the responsibilities, it seems like DSP doesn’t have much say so in the rules. It seems that Amazon just treats you all as third party so they don’t have to deal with benefits, workers comp claims, and silly stuff that a driver might do on route such as a driver driving into a customers garage. It all gets put on the DSP.
Anywhere else you wouldn’t be able to fire some other company’s employee, but how can Amazon fire any of us before the DSP does if on paper we don’t work for Amazon? (I wasn’t fired by the way. I’m just curious)
