Waited 30 Mins Past My Block Time And Didn’t Get Dismissed. WTF

I had a 3:30 – 8 this morning at an SSD. Normally I get sent home if it’s past 24-26 mins after block time without a route. thought 30min was the cut off. Today it was 41 mins past my block start time until I got a route. Scan at 3:26, route at 4:07. Couldn’t call support so I just picked it up. Finally left warehouse at 4:25, all priorities went late. Drivers at the 3:45/4:00 time slot leaving before me LOL. What would you have done? I Really want to avoid this in the future. Give me a route or send me home, don’t waste an hour of my time
